Worst experience of my life! Keys are kept in safes outside but they’d all been stolen so we couldn’t check in. Owner was very unhelpful and we had to leave Liverpool early as could not find other accommodation

Not ideal
Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool.
