Ray was a great host. The apartment was well kept. The kitchen and livingroom were very nice. We were in apartment 4. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a double bed and stowage for clothes. The upstairs has a speak staircase for access. There were 4 twin beds upstairs! The only 2 catches 1) no charging receptacles upstairs. (Multiple around the counter areas in the kitchen. ) 2) The ceiling upstairs is only about 5 feet as a loft so watch your head. I would definitely go back.

Large and roomy apartment and well stocked and clean. Minor downside being that the mezzanine bedroom ceiling was very low and would need guests to crouch when entering or leaving this room.

Lovely Liverpool stay
Apartment is located close to lime street station and central to city centre. The apartment was clean and tidy with all home comforts thought of. Ray ( the host) greeted us personally and check in was earlier than advertised, which was a godsend when travelling with a suitcase. Location was quiet, with the theatre close by. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby.

This is a great place for a weekend in Liverpool, under 10 minutes walk from lots of bars & shops. Loads of car parks around & in spitting distance of lime street train station. The property itself is very nice with very good facilities.

Everything about the apartment was great, location, condition, decor, facilities were A1.. Unfortunately the cleaning had not been done very well since the last guests. As the landlord was away during my stay, I presume that this was an oversight. Don’t use the car park opposite as there is a cheaper multi storey one on the same street that doesn’t get locked at night!

The shower was mouldy and leaked. The bathroom bin had not been emptied. If you are more than 5 foot tall, do no attempt to sleep upstairs. You will need to bend over double to walk around. The bed’s upstairs were extremely uncomfortable and creaked so loud that it woke everyone up. My daughter had to move to a different hotel after the first night.

Great location
Great location, extremely clean. Our room had a double and 4 single beds. 5 mins walk from bars, shops etc. Next-door to the train station. If staying for long periods I don't think the utensils are sufficient. We just cooked breakfast one morning. Will definitely stay again. A lot of steps in the hall for walking difficulties and hall is quite dark for partially sighted.
