Welcome to Lakefront Landing, your private oasis on beautiful Lake Livingston! Nestled on the eastern shore, this stunning vacation rental offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the private dock, casting a line into the crystal-clear waters, or simply unwinding by the sparkling pool (pics coming!). In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for stargazing and laughter, then head inside for some friendly competition in the massive game room.

Private pool: This property has a large in-ground pool.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if youāre planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: There is room for up to 8 vehicles in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Lakefront Landing boasts a spacious layout, perfect for families or groups of friends. The main living area is open and inviting, leading out to a large deck overlooking the lake. The living room is open to the dining area as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals.
The master bedroom, conveniently located near the living area, offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort. Next door, a cozy bedroom features a twin bunk bed, perfect for younger guests.
Off the dining room, you'll find a unique space that serves double duty. This large room features three queen-over-queen bunk beds, creating a fun and functional bunk room. During the day, it transforms into the perfect spot for friendly competition as a game room, complete with arcade games, a big-screen TV for movie nights, and a dry bar area for whipping up refreshments.
Off the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the other bedrooms. The first one you'll find is a comfortable bedroom with two queen-sized beds. Next door to that one, another bedroom offers a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep.
The two bedrooms on the lakeside of the home provide additional options. One features a king-sized bed, while the other offers a queen-sized bed with a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. With this variety of sleeping arrangements, Lakefront Landing can comfortably host your entire group.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighborsā driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
