Surrounded by water, the house offers a spectacular view of the lake from both the upstairs and downstairs patios, with amazing sunsets over the lake. Guests can often watch Bald Eagles fish the cove as well as other wildlife right in front of the house.
Updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom water-front home in a lovely, gated community on Lake Livingston. Modern and stylish, but comfortably appointed with 2 open living areas (one up and one down) featuring large picture windows overlooking the lake.
Two king beds, one queen bed, one twin over full bunkbed and a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room allow this home to sleep 11-12 comfortably. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for nine and additional outdoor seating on the balcony, perfect for gathering with friends and family.
Outdoor grilling area so that you can cook what you catch! Or simply bring your food and enjoy creating meals together inside or out.
Sunset Cove is pet friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs, WITH APPROVAL, (please contact us prior to booking). Dog(s) must be fully housebroken, on regular flea/tick treatment, well behaved, kept on a hand-held leash at all times while outside private areas, and crate trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time, including beds, and guest must plan to crate their dog if away from the home. Guest agrees to pick up all doggie refuse from the property, as it occurs, and dispose of it in a tied bag placed inside garbage bins. Guest agrees their dogs will be clean prior to entering the home. If excessive cleaning and/or deodorizing is needed, extra charges may apply. Cats and other animals are not allowed.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
