Only if you are desperate for a place to sleep...
Pulling in to the parking lot we weren't even sure if it was open. Scaffolding, plastic covering the windows, yellow safety tape everywhere... Inside it was obvious they were under a remodel. Room had been "remodeled" but was still uninviting. We asked to be near an exit and we were. An unlit steep staircase with no way back in/no key card so access to parking lot was difficult. No rooms on first floor, no elevator. Livingston is close to Yellowstone but make other arrangements. The staff was very nice, breakfast was good but the total environment was not very comfortable.

We pulled up it looked like a bomb or tornado had hit broken glass busted cement nails all over parking lot, windows covered in plastic. I couldnā€™t get my wife out of the car. Never went in and we left. Sad state of affairs. I want my money back.

They are remodeling, taking that into consideration the halls were smelly and messy. The room was remodeled but the view out the window had trash all over the area. The photos online were very very misleading. The room was cheap and I guess that was my fault for choosing it.

I canā€™t believe you took money from me for staying here. They were working on a room in hallway on our floor (which was on the second floor and had no elevators ). Live and dead flies in my room. I killed six. They didnā€™t stop struggling to install a door on our floor until several of us on the floor complained about the drilling at seven oā€™clock pm. No first accommodations. The floors were covered in paint in the hallway. The rooms air conditioner was noisy and couldnā€™t keep up with the heat.

We arrived late at night and gasped when we pulled in the parking lot. There we no lights in the entry way or parking lot. Pieces of plastic covered the windows. We were afraid to get out of our car to go in so we left. Got a nice room down the road. The Yellowstone Inn also lied in their add and stated that Yellowstone was only three miles from the entrance but it was 1 1/2 hour drive.

, covered in plastic, leaked badly but that didnā€™t impact our stay. Reception looked good although the receptionist could have been a bit more cheerful. Anyway, itā€™ll be great when itā€™s finished and was a good room. However, maybe some warning would have been helpful.

Under construction, limited facilities available,, WORST is advertisement shows zero indication of actual condition of property, totally misrepresented, Front desk personnel worst than the building ! Cancelled stay resulting in huge inconvenience. Upon complaint to Expedia was presented with call center , scripted responses, scripted solutions zero understanding of situation. Expedia did virtually zero to help remedy the problem,,, Extremely disappointing in every respect

Too much money for such a decrepit property
This location is in the middle of a renovation but even that said, it is incredibly low quality. The floors sag, the carpets are stained and dirty yet they are charging over $200 per night!

Sucky stay
The room itself was great but the rest of the hotel was under construction. We did not realize at the time but our bathroom had no shower curtain so we had to shower carefully. The elevators were out if order and the carpet tbroughout the hotel was in bad shape. Had we been informed before arrival it would have been a little more tolerable. I would not stay in that hotel again unless it was finished.
