This hotel is very good value for money the staff were some of the best I have come across nothing was too much trouble had too order evening meals before 3 30 but that wasn't any problem the food was excellent and great value for money would go back just for the food. We had a great seaview the room was a little small and only a double bed but it had everything we needed would definitely go back.

Lovely trip
We all really enjoyed ourselves at the Winchmore, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, evening meals plenty to choose from and reasonably priced, staff were all excellent and even the other customers were great fun. We would definitely book again.

Outstanding hotel
Our stay was perfect! No trouble getting a parking space easy access to the building, to the lift which was great for my mum as she can’t do stairs that well.we had a Sea view room very clean beds were really comfortable had tea coffee facilities tv 2 x tub chairs and table nice to relax looking out over promenade.bathroom was very clean had no issues at all. Overall hotel was lovely. Had a lovely warm welcoming feel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection from cereal fruit yogurt toast full English. We had a three course evening meal hats off to the chiefs the food was Delicious! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again

Stayed here for three nights with my Mum. We absolutely loved the hotel, our rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food - both breakfast and evening meal - was lovely, and really good value for money. The location is brilliant as well, being within easy walking distance of the pier and shops. We will definitely be back soon.

Recently decorated ground floors, good breakfast for the price, and very helpful staff. Parking at rear first come, first served, & with good access to hotel. Only 1 main in evening meal menu if vegetarian though.

The hotel itself was lovely but I wouldn’t recommend staying in the annexe. It was like staying in a garage in the car park. Didn’t feel very private and was cold. Location of the hotel was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
