Don’t stay at this hotel. The service is horrible (waiting 10 minutes to check in with no one at the front, had to call and ask to be checked in), people were drinking and partying with their hotel doors open, people walking around the parking lot, the pool is dirty and the hot tub doesn’t work.

The pool/waterslide area was fantastic! The public areas & rooms were very clean & well maintained. Front desk staff also fantastic until it came to an item that was left behind in room. I called within hours of check out and was able to get someone to pick item up but no accountability for my item. Also the continental breakfast being provided by the on site restaurant, bad experience. Only allowed 1 drink, very limited meal - with extremely rude staff both days we were there. Toss up if we'd ever stay there again though.

I stayed one night at BCMinns and had an overall average experience. The room was clean, and for $115 a night, I found it to be good value. One of the highlights was the TV’s excellent channel selection, which allowed me to catch the hockey game. The staff were also very friendly and eager to accommodate any requests, which was much appreciated. The only downside was a musty odour in the room when I first arrived, though it improved after I left the door open to air it out. Considering the price, it’s not something that would be a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a decent stay. There was nothing particularly outstanding, but for the price point, it met my expectations.

We travel with a small dog and this is one of our favourite places to stay. Reasonable pet fee and ground floor room with outside access for dog walking. Restaurant within hotel is really good!

It was an average hotel. Seemed to have a good support of blue collar workers. Pretty loud in the halls late at night or early morning. Pool was good but bugs were all over the edge of pool. Wouldn’t stay longer than a night or two. Needs an update.
