Typical Mallorca Finca

Typical Mallorcan finca in a quiet location.

The finca has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a beautiful dining area in the living room and a seating area with comfortable couches.

A 65'' TV, books and board games are available there.

The three bedrooms with air conditioning are spread over two levels. On each floor there is a bathroom with bidet and shower. The upper bathroom also has a bathtub.

In the outdoor area there is a covered terrace with a large dining table and a view of the pool. A covered lounge area, sun loungers, a daybed, a gas grill and a table tennis table are also available there.

The Surroundings:

The rural finca is located south of the beautiful town of Llucmajor and offers you peace and relaxation as well as the perfect place for excursions and activities due to its central location and good connections.

A rental car is highly recommended.

Numerous shopping opportunities open up in Llucmajor and Campos. The weekly market will take place in Llucmajor on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. On Friday with flea market. This one is definitely worth seeing!

One of the most popular excursion destinations around Llucmajor is the Tafelberg Randa, on which the very well-known monastery Randa is located. From this mountain you have an excellent view of the great plain of Mallorca.

The Son Antem Golf Resort and Spa and the nearby marina make Llucmajor an attractive leisure hub.

Palma can be reached in 20 minutes due to the motorway connection.

The natural beach Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with Caribbean flair, is only 15 minutes away from Llucmajor.

The Llucmajor region is a cycling route paradise! With currently 92 cycling routes, recreational athletes and active holidaymakers on site have a large and very varied offer to choose from. A total of 15 bike tours, 5 MTB tours and 72 road bike tours lead through the Llucmajor region and invite you to explore.

A cleaning and service fee of 320 euros is due once per stay, which must be paid in cash on arrival.

A deposit of 500 euros is also due, which can either be transferred or deposited in cash.

The electricity for the heating/air conditioning is not included in the rental price and is calculated according to consumption by means of an electricity meter.

The tourist tax must be paid on arrival. That's 2.20 euros per person and night.

Sommerurlaub
Schƶner Urlaub mit leider wenig Erholungsmƶglichkeit In der Hauptsaisonzeit nicht empfehlenswert, bei der groƟen Hitze reicht die Verdunkelung der Fenster nicht aus. Das Haus heizt sich tagsĆ¼ber sehr stark dadurch auf. Klimaanlage nur in den SchlafrƤumen und die Leistung ist zwar ok fĆ¼r die GrĆ¶ĆŸe des Raumes, jedoch ist diese viell zu laut. Schlafen dadurch kaum mƶglich und zu Nahe am Bett. Offene Fenster ohne Fliegengitter bringen zur Hitzezeit keine AbkĆ¼hlung und man wird von den Gelsen zerstochen. Die umliegenden HƤhne fangen um 2:36Uhr tlw an zu krƤhen und matchen sich, wer lauter krƤhen kann. Mich persƶnlich stƶrt das normal nicht, aber in Kombination mit der Hitze & MĆ¼digkeit dann tlw doch unertrƤglich. ZusƤtzlich ist Mallorca zur Hauptsaison einfach zu Ć¼berlaufen. Selbst NaturstrƤnde mit Massen Ć¼berlaufen, ganz zu schweigen von der tlw schwierigen Parkplatzsituation. Dh auch tagsĆ¼ber keine Erholung. Fonca selber malerisch, Pool super... KĆ¼che ist leider schon abgewohnt, die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs und des GeschirrspĆ¼lers selber sehr mangelhaft. Ich musste alle Dreharme sƤubern, da einige DĆ¼sen verstopft waren, daher auch keine ausreichende Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Schade, weil das wƤre nicht notwendig. Es trĆ¼bt die Stimmung, weil GeschirrspĆ¼ler-Generalreinigung mag man im Urlaub eigentlich nicht machen.

Super Lage, tolle Finca, nette Gastgeber.
Die Finca liegt nur ca 5 Minuten von Llucmajor entfernt. Den Es Trenc erreicht man in ca 15 Minuten. Die Lage ist also super. Auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts mangelt. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.
