Ruhig gelegene Fewo
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt (Zusätliches Babybett und Hochstuhl). Fewo war ziemlich neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es könnte mehr Besteck, ein paar mehr Schüsseln und Gläser vorhanden sein damit man die Spülmaschine nur 1 x täglich laufen lassen muss. Eine ruhig gelegene Terasse, ein extra abschließbarer Fahrradraum sowie ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus rundeten das Ganze ab. Da wir noch in der Vorsaison unterwegs waren waren einige Geschäfte und Restaurants noch geschlossen. Einzig von uns empfundener Nachteil war, dass es sehr unangenehm aus dem Duschabfluss roch, dafür stand jedoch ein Spezialmittel im Badezimmer, das man in den Abfluss leeren konnte. Alles in allem konnten wir unsere Ferien mit Wandern und Radfahren direkt von der Haustüre aus und natürlich den nahe gelegenen Strand sehr genießen.

Top Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, modernes Objekt, jedoch auch ein „aber“.
Die Wohnung ist in einem neuwertigen Objekt und wirkt nicht abgewohnt. Für uns zu dritt vollkommen ausreichend in der Größe. Pluspunkt ist die Lage in etwa Mitte der Insel. Man kann fast alles mit dem Rad erreichen. Leider hat man bei der Innenausstattung unseres Erachtens vor allem auf möglichst billigen Einkauf geachtet. Angefangen von den Matratzen, die kaum 10 cm dick sind, über die Küchenausstattung (kein Gefrierfach, Herd ohne Leistung, billige Kaffeemaschine, ein Bierglas oder ein vernünftiges Weinglas fehlt, Töpfe wirken aus einfachen Blech…), die Sessel im Wohnzimmer, der TV, dem fehlenden/kaputten Radio, dem Staubsauger ohne Leistung….Alles ist zwar da, aber einladend ist anders. Ein Sonnenschirm oder Markise auf der Terrasse ist nicht vorhanden. Der Fahrradschuppen ist für 3 Räder unbrauchbar, da durch die nach innen aufgehende Tür der Platz fehlt oder man Tetris spielen muss. Hierfür ziehen wir in Summe einen Punkt in der Bewertung ab. Den zweiten Abzug gibt es für die fehlende Kommunikation rund um das Thema Bahnstrecke und Bahnhof. Dies findet in der Anzeige keine Erwähnung. Der Bahnhof ist geschätzt keine 30 m entfernt. Die Züge fahren zwischen ca. 5 Uhr morgens und 22 Uhr am Abend. Dies überwiegend im Halbstundentakt, sodass man 4 Züge die Stunde quasi im Vorgarten hat. Das die Wohnung kein Internetanschluss hat war uns bekannt. Ob das noch zeitgemäß ist, muss man für sich selbst entscheiden. Der Handyempfang mit Vodafone ist ok, Telekom geht noch, O2 geht so gut wie gar nicht.

Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nur einen Fußweg vom Meer und von dem See entfernt. Für die Familien fehlt bei der Ausstattung ein Eiskühlfach, eine Mikrowelle und vielleicht eine Auflaufform sowie WLAN bzw. allgemein Internet Empfang. Aber mann kommt ein paar Tage auch ohne all dem zurecht.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Wer eine moderne Wohnung in Strandnähe sucht und keinen großen Trubel braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern verreist und hatten auch an regnerischen Tagen genug Platz um zu spielen. Bis zum Meer sind es ungefähr 10-15 Minuten Fußmarsch. Die Bahn hört man kaum, da hatten wir uns auf mehr Lärm eingestellt. Der Bäcker ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben viel mit dem Fahrrad unternommen, auch dafür eine optimale Lage. Man ist schnell am Achterwasser und das ist optimal, wenn man bisschen abseits von den Touristenströmen etwas unternehmen möchte. Karls Erdbeerhof erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten. Und wer noch mehr Trubel möchte, kann direkt den Fahrradweg vor der Tür nutzen und in die Kaiserbäder fahren. Also es gibt nix zu meckern.
