Dicks Fishing Cabin is nice 3 Bedroom 2 bath brick home with Billiard table, and Ping Pong. Very close to the Lake and Marina. Attached car carport, patio, large grass backyard, Traeger grill, Weber grill, and fish cleaning station. Perfect getaway for the family to enjoy Ute Lake. There is a king in the master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, Queen bed in 3rd. Family room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Roll away and air mattress for kids. Betsy, the contact person lives next door for ease in checking in and checking out. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please reach out if you are requesting extra guests. Violation will result in an additional $50.00 fee per person per night.

Second time we have stayed here. The first time was fantastic this time two years later things have regressed. Cleanliness good but needs deep cleaning. The fans need cleaning and vents. Coffee pot not working, sink was leaking and faucet loose also fridge had leaking. House just needs more attention but great memories with family and great fishing location.

The house was very clean and roomy! There was plenty of rooms for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. The big back yard was perfect for the family and little ones to play. If your looking for a place to stay in Logan, this is definitely it!!!

We stayed here for 9 days visiting family. We met the caretaker, very nice lady. She went above and beyond in helping with me with an important situation. We couldn't be happier. The house was extremely comfortable and homey. Would highly recommend it and would use it again if the opportunity arose. Thank you so much for all you did.

My family and I loved this place. We didn’t expect much but the listing doesn’t include the size of the house and yard. We had so much open are to be together and play games. We enjoyed making bbq on the grill! The communication from the host on some of my questions was also really good. Would rent again.

It is really hot in Logan
The air conditioner worked great for temperatures that were up to 103 deg F while we were there. The pool and ping pong tables are great for midday activities when the heat was so extreme outside.

Ute Tournament
This house was perfectly located, easy to get to and just a short drive to the lake! The kids enjoyed playing in the nicely fenced backyard and shooting games of pool! The treager was a welcome bonus as we LOVE ours and grill out often. House was pretty clean and stocked well. My only thing was slow internet (it's an open network so this may have been the reason so if you have to do some work, come prepared). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back! Thank you Marty!!!

Some family, friends and I stayed here for a weekend of antelope hunting in Zone-41. In the chaos of the weekend, we lost one of the two house keys. We communicated our mess-up to Marty ASAP to be as transparent and open as possible and asked what we could do to make it right. Marty was super understanding and told us not to worry about it. His main concern was that we enjoyed the property; what a fantastic host! We did end up finding the key in a pants pocket and promptly mailed it back to their property manager and all was well. The property was clean, tidy, and full of more amenities than we could even use. We would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place to stay!
