Charming terraced house on one level, inserted in a small and refined district a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.
Suitable for 4-6 people, it is located just 400 meters from the wonderful beach of Porto Taverna, which can be reached with a short walk of a few minutes.
Pleasantly furnished, it offers very well distributed spaces.

Cozy living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, sleeper sofa with pull out bed.

Large comfortable and very well equipped kitchenette, practical and functional. Coffee maker of various sizes, toaster, electric oven, microwave oven. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Large and intimate front patio with extendable table (up to 8 people) and deck chairs. Back patio with possibility to hang out the laundry.

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. In each room, the bed has a double structure, with single mattresses pushed together. Possibility of adding beds/cradles for children.

Linen is not included in the costs: (because some guests prefer to bring their own). Upon request, it is possible to rent linen sets complete with sheets and bath towels (not beach towels) and a shower mat. €20 for a single set, €40 for a double set.

Quite corner 400m from the beach
A great place to wind down. Good to have air conditioning in summer. Wonderful to have two bathrooms. A little home from home. San Paulo and San Teodoro lovely villages to visit. Great restaurants on your doorstep. The host and the manager always on hand to answer the simplest of questions. Thanks

Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man merkt, dass sich die Gastgeberin viel Mühe gibt, dass man sich in diesem Haus wohl fühlt. Vor allem die Kommunikation mit Laura ist mehr als super. Auf dem Campingplatz nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, auf dem die Preise auch in Ordnung sind. Der Strand ist locker zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und vielen Dank an Laura für alles.

Erwartung nicht erfüllt.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, jetzt zu den ganzen negativen Themen. Balkon Türe lässt sich nicht abschließen, Küchenmöbel fallen teilweise auseinander, an der Badtüre und an der Wand hingen mehrere Tote Schnacken, in der Dusche fremde Haare incl Tiere, Markise wie schon bei vor Besuchern defekt, vor der Terrasse mussten wir erst die Dornen schneiden, um sich hinzusetzen. Für die Kinder keinerlei Spiele oder Karten (nicht gerade Kinderfreundlich). Normalerweise kennen wir es so, wenn man Anreißt das wenigstens im Kühlschrank 1-2 Wasser Flaschen sind (für den Preis sollte das drin sein). Leider konnten wir nur an einer Steckdose unsere Elektrischen Geräte Laden, da diese im Haus von den Pole nicht passte bzw. zu Dünn waren. Gartenstühle waren alle an den Lehnen defekt. In der 2 Dusche ist ist am ersten Tag das Duschgestänge entgegen gekommen, Im Schlafzimmer lagen im Schrank noch alte Verpackungen von Süßigkeiten. Resume -> Sauberkeit war ein no-go

2 erholsame Wochen Ferien in Porto Taverna
Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen Ferien in Laura's gemütlicher Ferienwohnung, die weniger als 10 min Fussweg vom Traumstrand entfernt liegt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet für unsere Ankunft und wir haben uns so richtig gut erholen können hier.

Insgesamt schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen
Pluspunkte: - wir durften bereits um 9 Uhr in die Ferienwohnung -die Kommunikation mit Laura verlief ohne Probleme und wir bekamen immer eine schnelle Antwort -die Lage des Apartments war super für Ausflüge nach Orosei und an die Costa Smeralda, der Strand von Porto Taverna ist fußläufig erreichbar- jedoch sehr voll, ein Sonnenschirm neben dem anderen sowie bei allen bekannten Stränden der Ostküste. -Supermarkt ein Ort weiter, prima Auswahl, frischer Fisch zu kaufen. -Ferienwohnung hat eine Waschmaschine, was super war für ein schnelles Durchwaschen der Badetücher und Badesachen. -Gasherd und voll ausgestattete Küche Minuspunkte: -Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen: beim öffnen der Schränke fällt einem Mal die Tür ab, die Küche ist alt, die Betten sind eine Katastrophe, das Fliegengitter ist alt und lässt sich schwer bewegen, tote Fliegen kleben an den Wänden, Markise kaputt - die Wohnung war wirklich sehr dreckig. Überall waren Haare auf dem Boden und im Bad. Die Toilette war bei Ankunft unter dem Rand gelb verspritzt, die Klobürste alt und schmantig, die Kissen komplett übersäht mit dunkelgelben Flecken, die Matratzen auch durchgelegen und fleckig. Die Wohnung hat sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Die Küche war sehr verschmutzt. -Abflussproblem: nach einem Strandtag kamen wir Abends nach Hause und in beiden Duschen schwammen Exkremente. Schnelle Abhilfe erfolgte jedoch durch Laura, wir mussten als Entgegenkommen bei Abreise keine Stromkosten zahlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in tollem Haus
wir waren im September zwei Wochen Gast bei Laura. Gäbe es eine fünf Sterne + Bewertung würden wir diese sofort vergeben. Hier hat jedes Detail gepasst. Laura kümmert sich sehr gut, war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr flexibel. Sowohl bei unserer An- als auch bei unserer Abreise mussten wir uns nicht an die vorgegebenen Zeiten halten, sondern konnten diese direkt mit Laura abstimmen. So hatten wir am Abreisetag noch einen halben Strandtag extra vor dem check out. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wurden sehr, sehr gut betreut. Wenn wir wieder planen in dieser Ecke von Sardinien unseren Sommerurlaub zu verbringen, dann garantiert nur bei Laura.

Nettes Appartment nicht weit vom Strand
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist klein aber geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei großzügige Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war super. Alle Fragen und Anliegen wurde sehr schnell und immer zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Der Stand ist in ca. 5 - 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr schön. Im August war es allerdings erwartungsgemäß sehr voll.

Logement agréable mais qui aurait besoin d être rafraîchi , manque d éclairage dans la cuisine , manque de transat en revanche nous avons été content d avoir à disposition un parasol , les lits étaient confortables, les deux salle de bain parfaites et la proximité immédiate avec la plage très appréciable ainsi que la place de parking essentielle dans cette zone où le stationnement est payant. La communication avec la propriétaire très rapide et agréable

Bella casa vicino al mare
La casa è veramente graziosa e arredata in modo accurato; stoviglie, piatti, tegami in comodissima quantità è una delle case più attrezzate che ho affittato e con bagni ben arredati. Bel portico dove mangiare all'aperto, con giardinetto curato, in una zona tranquilla e ben tenuta. Proprietaria della casa molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto sempre con massima sollecitudine e amichevolmente. Consiglio veramente questa casa.

Wohl gefühlt!
Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes , sauberes Haus. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist herausragend. Wer kochen möchte... es ist alles da. Der Weg zum Strand ist machbar zu Fuss. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto nötig. Es ist nicht weit, aber bei der Hitze brauchts ein Auto. Wir hatten zwischen 30 und 37 Grad. Marco kümmert sich um alles am Haus TippTopp. Der Strand direkt dort ist sehr voll. Aber es gibt ein tolles Restaurant direkt am Strand und daneben eines, bei dem man auch abends super esen kann. Am Strand waren wir lieber in Posada , Da ist es herrlich entspannt und es gibt viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt! Danke!

durchweg schöner Urlaub
... leider mit kleineren Mängeln. Nicht passende Spannbetttücher, neuere Kopfkissen wären schön, Duschkabinen alt jedoch mit gutem Wasserstrahl, zeitweise viele Ameisen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Reihenhäuschen genossen.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Morgens vor dem Frühstück ein erstes Bad im fußläufig erreichbaren Meer. Und auch sonst war die Lage ideal für Ausflüge und unsere Suche nach einsamen Buchten. Die Buchung sowie die vorherige Kommunikation mit Laura war auch sehr angenehm und Fragen wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Besonderer Dank geht auch an Marco. Trotz eigentlichem Check-in ab 16 Uhr konnten wir bereits um 12 Uhr das Haus übernehmen und mussten uns so nicht noch stundenlang mit Gepäck die Zeit vertreiben. Das Willkommensgeschenk (Flasche Weißwein) haben wir auch sehr genossen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir konnten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto mehrere traumhafte Strände erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gemütlich und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Auch wenn wir Laura nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten, war sie bei allen Fragen stets verfügbar. Auch auf Marco war Verlass. Es war für uns ein sehr besonderer Urlaub!

Così come ce l'aspettavamo...
La casa è molto graziosa e in ottima posizione, vicino alle spiagge più belle della zona. La descrizione e le foto sono fedeli a quanto abbiamo trovato. Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza e mi sento sicuramente di consigliarla a chi desidera conoscere una zona incantevole della Sardegna.
