This modern apartment, located on the first floor and reachable on foot, opens onto a bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed convertible in a bunk bed, a dining table with chairs, a TV and a kitchen with an electric hob, well-equipped and fitted with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster.

The bedroom comes with a queen size bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Moreover, from the living room, through a French window, there is access to the private gazebo and a large shared garden planted with trees, which also boasts a swimming pool.
At guests' disposal there is a private area overlooking the lake, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs.
Comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump complete the accommodation.

Externally, the property also enjoys a large shared terrace on the ground floor with spectacular views of lake Garda where guests can relax on the deckchairs and enjoy the Mediterranean beauty.

The swimming pool can be used from the 1st of May to the 30th of September with the following times: 9am - 12pm and 3pm - 7pm.

*The residence is located in the countryside, and a dirt road must be traveled to reach it.

*We inform kind guests that there may be free dogs around, ready to welcome you with their cheerfulness and sweetness. Don't worry, they are friendly and well-behaved.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.

*Pets are welcome, at an extra charge of €5 per pet per day.

The ancient village of Lonato develops around the Rocca castle, and boasts a very complex historical past. The old town is worth a visit thanks also to the presence of its two castles: La Rocca, behind the town, and the Castello di Drugolo. The Cathedral of Lonato, dedicated to St. John the Baptist, is characterized by a large dome and a beautiful marble facade. Lonato also offers a small beach that local citizens call "Lido di Lonato", with bars and restaurants, pedal boats and canoes for hire. If the weather allows, tourists will be welcomed into the La Quiete Water Park, where fun will be guaranteed by the attractions and relaxation by the spas. The city of Lonato hosts in the Castle an exhibition about flowers and the famous Agricultural Fair which every year attracts tourists from all over the world.

Verona airport is reachable with a 35-minute drive.
