Normally I don’t write reviews but on this case I must to. Up in to arrival they give you a letter saying how important you are for them and they will do whatever they can to make the trip memorable but this is not true. They gave me the worst room ever in my life, a room in the basement! The vow of my room was pipes outside the locked window. The claustrophobic sensation is the worst you can have specially who has panic attacks! Please, don’t go to this hotel. There are so many nice hotels in London you don’t need to waste your vacation days in it. I have requested many times for them to change me to a room with any view, just to avoid the claustrophobic sensation, a healthy issue but they didn’t change the room! Always the same excuse, they are full and on the following day they will try to change which didn’t happened! I had to stay outside the room during the whole days to avoid start a panic attack… very disrespectful conduct by them! The worst ever seen in my life! The actually don’t care about you and your problems! It was unbelievable! Please make yourself a favor, choose another place.

Staff was exceptional. Very helpful and well organized. Breakfast was very good and the Latte was so delicious! The morning breakfast servers were very friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean, with beautiful appointments, afternoon High Tea, and located very well for restaurants, pubs, museums, and more! Definitely staying here again.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is accommodating. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. And the Albert & Victoria museum and the Natural Museum are block away. Also within walking distance is Kensing Palace and Gardens. The rooms are lush and beautiful. I will be back.

I was very upset with the condition of the rooms & when I let the concierge team know they did change my room. I did get a room change but the amount of noise was incredibly surprising and didn’t understand how we were not totally explaining of the level of noice from breakfast service and hotel deliveries. I have a video that I am happy to upload as genuinely I feel this hotel needs to be reevaluated!!! It’s a very old building and a lot of clients stayer also had different issue they were communicating at reception.
