We really enjoyed our time at Apartments Inn Pimlico it was clean and perfect location!
The temperatures in London were extremely high during our visit and it was lovely to have the balcony with doors the open out to it. The property itself had everything you need for a relaxing stay the only suggestion would be to put a fan in. We had a few minor issues regarding missing leads for router and tv and unable to turn temperature down on towel rail but following an email a technician arrived the following day to try and solve the issues. Check in process was easy and we will definitely look at staying at this location again.

Instructions for getting in the flat were clear but the wrong code was given. No forks for eating a meal with. No Tea towel to dry up with. Parking is only available outside the appartment from 6.30pm till 8.30am. So if you arrive by car earlier its difficult to park. Lots of takeaway food options available within a few minutes walk. View from the window wasn't bad at all.

I was surprised by the shower, quite big, according to my previous experiences. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing serious. The rest was perfect. They took out rubbish everyday and replaced milk, coffee and tea. Good place to stay,, one minute away from Pimlico Tube Station.

Just had a 3 night stay. (1 bed apt No2 basement) the apartment is quite big, for london. The apt had everything you need for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great option, it got everything we needed and very well located right next to an underground station. The only thing was that the closet smell really bad; we got apartment number 8. But everything else was great definitely recommend it.

apartment was not the executive suite as the fotos and email explained ,door code did not work at 2pm , stood in rain , dingy dirty lower level no patio as fotos showed , shower pan is cracked , shower head is like a hose gushing water , sink is cracked and when used the water takes forever to empty so its clogged , bathroom has three pot lights in ceiling only one bulb works, blinds are broken ,very noisy from the suite upstairs could hear the people coughing and talking , one of the worst places i have ever stayed

Location is fantastic. Bus stops in front of the door and underground is around the corner. The shower is really nice and hot, good water pressure. The staff members were friendly and prompt. Be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs. We had an efficiency (the one with blue walls in the picture). While the room and bathroom were tiny - which is not an issue if designed well, they could have done a lot more with the small space without too much expense but didn’t. Big miss: there was no dining table. They could have mounted the TV on the wall to free up space and put a table instead. So while there’s a kitchenette, there was no table to sit and eat at!! The foldable chairs were very uncomfortable. The shutters in the window were immovable because the sink faucet was in front. It was leaking. The hallway carpets were badly stained as you entered. The plates and glasses were not very clean and there is no dish washer. Recommend this place for location but you take your chance on some other things.

Great Place and location, but caution...
Place itself was very nice, a nice "flat" (apartment).Shower drain was a little clog, but was fixed immediately by d maid. Location was great, 1 block from d local Train. CAUTION: U have to check in at a Real Estate Office for your "keys" or instruction. It closes early, 6pm. We missed that window & called d number listed on d door, "emergency number". No one answered for 1 hour, so we had to quickly book another hotel somewhere. Lucky enough our Uber driver help us make calls & gave us a ride for free to d new hotel. We wasted more money & valuable time. Called d next day during business hours, & they said they emailed 2 days prior, after hours information to check in. (which consist of lock codes for d actual Building & lock codes for d actual apartment, u don't need keys just codes) Why do they tell u to check in @ d office location then? I also searched for that email "they sent" that night we couldn't hold of anyone, maybe they contacted me & had a lock box with keys inside. I didn't see any email, also search for it after we settled in, search for it when I got home. They never sent it!!! if you ask me. D next day, when we called, I asked them to resend, I will stay on d line til I get d email. Long & behold i got d email with detailed instruction, & from there it was fine. I told him about no one answering,he said those r not d after hours number. (but it said EMERGENCY #! on the door ) The correct # is in d email. (What!?) Poor communication!

Great location but poor condition in some flats
I stayed here twice in September 2019. The first experience for four nights was not up to standard as Flat 11 had a massive leak when it rained all along a long wall in the lounge (plus be lounge radiator and TV were not working properly). I reported all issues and they were not resolved during my stay. Flat 4 is in better condition and much larger with tall ceilings but is noisy as next to the front door and stairs. Overall, I don’t think the standard is very good.

On the whole it was a good place to stay. Close to the underground and within walking distance of many attractions. Really good location. Easy to get to from the airport 😄The place was clean and they came in everyday to clean. The only complaint we had was that we were supposed to get a room with a terrace or balcony and instead we got a basement room with a walkout that wasn’t very clean. It was overgrown with weeds and the table and chairs were covered in bird droppings. The weather wasn’t the greatest when we were there so it didn’t matter much. We would stay there again because of the location and size of the place but next time we’d call ahead to see about where exactly our room would be located. We must add that the check in was easy and efficient. Thank you.

It's a really nice apartment, great location, check in/out was easy. But it was noisy. The church clock chimes every 15 minutes through the night and road traffic noise can be heard in the bedroom.

A Horrible Experience
I am extremely unhappy with this apartment flat. Significant issues include: 1. Walls and ceiling poured water into our room during the rains. (See pictures below) 2. A clogged shower drain which leaked water onto the bathroom floor and hallway. We were unable to take a proper shower. We inform the office, but no one came to fix it, even after we waited 2 days. We eventually fix it ourselves. (See picture below) 3). My family, in addition to six other apartment guests were locked out of the apartment in the evening ( August 9th) The lock was broken... and no one from the office responded to us when several of us called the emergency number they provided. After 30 or 40 minutes, a guest from inside the apartment let us in. Afterwords, we informed the office. The front door lock remain broken for three days following the problem 4).The washing machine also does not work. This is true for the one in my flat, as well as the one in the hallway. The lady from housekeeping took pictures of it, and sent it to the office but no one responded to the issue. We find the conditions and services absolutely unacceptable for the money that we paid ($2,890 for 12 night I spoke directly with both Yuri & Georgian & about these problems as they came up. and we emailed twice to the manager while we were there. As of today, no one even reply to our emails. Note: This apartment is NOT suitable for family with small kids or senior. THERE IS NOT elevator for a 4 stories flat.

Clean and close to transport, near Victoria Station. Entry is with key codes. Because owner's office is an 8-10 minute walk away in another building, it's best to prepay, and thus not need to do any check in; owner emails you the key codes ahead of time, but probably not if you haven't pre-paid.
