Not sure it was worth the price. Nice place a little wear and tear starting to show… bathroom above us began leaking and at 1am we hand to change our Linnens on the bed as it was leaking all day so when we were ready for bed found it all wet… great location! Nice staff!

The location is excellent. Upscale neighborhood. A few minutes walk from Harrods and the train station. Easy train ride to Heathrow. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and spacious but needs updating.

We were looking for a nice, comfortable but larger room for our first visit to London. Like New York, most hotel rooms in London are very small so we decided to treat ourselves to a Junior Suite. We paid over 349 pounds per night and in the end felt that for that price it really was not worth it. The pictures make the property look much more luxurious than it really was. The property on a cute and quaint street near the main shopping area of the city and within walking distance to many museums. There is a much nicer hotel directly across the street with a similar name "The Knightsbridge". I UBER driver actually dropped us off there and got it confused... We only wished we had made that same mistake as that hotel was much nicer! The building is very old and not renovated well. The furniture and fixtures in the room were very worn and strange switches that made no sense. You have to kneel down to the floor to flip a light switch on the floor outlets to turn off the lamps in the room. The bathroom was awful, again old and dated with broken floor tiles. The service was good, and the morning breakfast was excellent.. the only "good" things I would have to say. I wish I had booked elsewhere where I am sure I could have found a large but more luxurious room for that same price. After 2 nights there, we moved to the W London in Piccadilly Circus which was simply AMAZING!

Handy location for me on this trip, but expensive for a tiny single bedroom. However, it's Knightsbridge and you have to expect it. Staff were nice. Free tea, coffee, water etc, which was good, and a small cosy lounge for relaxing.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The only flaw we found was that our room was a bit small however we did not spend much time there so it did not matter as much to us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and walkabout to shopping about 2 blocks from Harrods and many other shops and restaurants. About a 10 min walk to the closest underground stop knights bridge. And about a 20 min walk to Buckingham palace. We loved how easy it was to walk around or catch the bus or tube. The hotel is in a very safe area and even though it is in a busy area the hotel nestled back on a side street so was pretty quiet at night. We loved London and its beauty and will definitely be back!
