A beautiful property with so much potential. Unfortunately the rooms in the annex are no better than a one star motel. Slow drains, bad water pressure, doors that have 6 inch gaps at the bottom, lumpy beds and tired carpet and paint. The breakfast is great, so at least there is that.

Very friendly and pleasant stay. Convenient for car access to northern parts of London. Drive access to the hotel grounds from the public highway could be better if improvements were made with regards to pot holes.

The toilet seat in our room was broken and would slide off the toilet. as well as the rooms were very hot and stuffy as they were no windows open prior to our arrival. But otherwise the stay was great and we had a great time.

Hotel is in a quiet location and staff were friendly and helpful. However the rooms were disappointing, felt like a care home environment. Very dated interior and bathroom was for a disabled person. Great location and gardens. But wouldnā€™t stay again, as the rooms were set in the 1980ā€™s unfortunately.
