This is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are first rate - very modern, up to date, and classy. Great bed, linen and bathroom. Attention to detail in cleanliness and quality of the furnishings. Bar and breakfast were both lovely - great quality and selection and served with grace and efficiency. Location is quite convenient. Most outstanding was the attitude of the staff. Consistently and genuinely friendly, respectful, kind and helpful.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with enormous rooms, particularly for London. They are beautifully decorated and the yoga mats in every room are very high quality. The hotel is well-located for getting places in London -- a quick walk to the Tube and many buses nearby, too. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that in other similar hotels, we have had more staff available and it was a bit more personal. All the staff that we did see were very nice, though. Overall, we would stay there again.

Excellent location, ALL staff super friendly and efficient, including concierge, no problem booking taxis, front desk so helpful, waitress outstanding and incredibly good breakfast, rooms lovely but couldn’t completely suss the lights (complicated - minor negative for us).
