Good central location and clean/modern rooms, However it is very hard to find the property as it’s actually a houseshare and the check in procedure isn’t explained when you book the room. Huge deposit taken as well (also not made clear upon booking) that I’m still trying to recover.

It was like home stay they asked for holding deposit 300 pounds and photo id and to sign the agreement for just one night stay which could have been mentioned in booking page.And it was very difficult to find the location as there is no display board saying the central London hub it takes us three hours to locate the exact location. We thought of staying and extend our but because of the terrible experience in cold weather we cancelled our trip . please give all details in display so that we can get an idea before booking
