Good value as always
I liek staying here as it is good value, quiet location, near a tube and walking distance to westend. This time I was in a refurbished room with a nespresso machine too. Showers are powerful and has all you need for a short stay

JUST DONT STAY HERE!!
This was meant to be pay on arrival and in fact my card was charged one week before. We wanted to use a different card to pay. The one on file was just of course for hold purposes. Fine. But when we checked in they charged it and it was a whole situation for us it was unacceptable and was told nothing could be done. They couldnt refund that card and charge me at the desk with the one in my hand. Unbelievable. Not even a sorry. Staff dont care and are rude. Rooms are disgusting and not clean AT ALL. The only positive is the location for the tube. But honestly there so many other hotels in the area stay in one of them. Because it was NYE/NY no work was getting done but the hotel is under construction on the outside there was no warning of this or for how long. Dont stay here. BE WARNED.

Very nice and clean hotel. Well stocked but the shower was a little lackluster. Would definitely stay again. Good location and easy to get to tube.

Poor experience
Our room was dark and cold, the bathroom was no larger than an airplane bathroom. The electrical heater provided started smoking and the plug started to burn. Power outage resulted in us asking for a change of room. The new room was on a different level, same issue with heater and hair dryer started smoking. The whole experience was horrible. The location was good but i would never return.

I liked the location due to the paddington movie but outside of that the hotel room was old and dingy. The rooms are clearly not being cleaned properly and it has a stench of staleness. Staff was nice nothing exceptional.

very centrally located, but if you are going for a room without window beware that it can get really warm inside. i wouldn't go for a room without window during the summer especially with no air con.
