Staff were really helpful and hotel really handy. There were a couple of issues with the room, the radiator would not turn off.so very hot.The windows were only single glazed, so it was a little noisy.

It's ok for one night but wouldn't stay longer. Very noisy as directly on the main road. Window was left open in the room so it was freezing. Took over 20 minutes wait to get checked in. The digital check in didn't work.

The only thing was the ill-fitting window which let in a draft and you could hear quite a bit of traffic noise. Sort that and you'll get 5 stars.

Only comment is our room is facing main Street and is noisy at night, has to close window but room has no air con. Fortunately We travel in mid October.Also room has no mini fridge and no microwave.

Came down from Worcestershire to march to the Cenotaph. I expected chaos, but had none. I booked 2 rooms, one with wheelchair access and one normal. I had a lovely room for Remembrance weekend. Great attentive staff and a credit to the hotel.

The property was well located near an underground stop with many restaurants close by. Room was spacious with very comfortable beds and fairly quiet. Very clean rooms and service was fast.

The hotel was a convenient 20mins walk from King’s Cross station. Check in was a little slow until second receptionist arrived. Our room 1111 on first floor was very adequate if a little noisy from the road and the door didn’t seem well soundproofed from the corridor. Large bed, TV, tea/coffee facilities, bathroom toiletries. Two things I felt missing was a toilet brush and some sanitary bags. Breakfast was great, full English, porridge, cereals, pastries, fruits and yoghurt, toast and preserves, tea/coffees and juices. Waiting staff were highly efficient clearing/cleaning/resetting and restocking. Excellent.

Clean , comfy rooms in good location
I will definitely stay here again. We stayed one night in a twin room - the room was clean, beds very comfortable and has a decent shower. For such a busy area, there was hardly any noise in the room. The hotel itself was only a 10 minute walk from Euston which was ideal and was also only about 20 minutes to walk down to Covent Garden, so location wise, it was ideal. Definitely recommend!
