We had only one issue there was little hot water for our showers Saturday night but was fine in the morning. The staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect and delicious. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Great experience.

I was happy with everything we experienced although we were hardly there... Just overnight because of a convention. Enjoyed the breakfast option. Only complaint I might have if we would have stayed longer is that the pics show there's supposed to be a pool but there isn't.

This hotel was average as expected, however, there was so much hair that was no cleaned on the bathroom floor. It made me so uncomfortable for the rest of my stay as I wondered what else wasn't cleaned properly... Only to find a dead fly in my bed as well! I told the front desk staff and they told me they'd give me a new clean room. They did not. I couldn't sleep properly knowing that my room wasn't cleaned properly and that I could possibly be sleeping in other people's residue that wasn't cleaned. I will not be staying here again, n'or would I recommend anyone either.

I never intended to nor went to Canada. I searched, found & believed I was booking a room in Woodstock. NY. Your site flipped me to Canada when I clicked on a room in Woodstock, NY. I didnā€™t notice until I received the confirmation later in the day, spent 20 minutes on phone with India who wouldnā€™t refund my money even though the mistake was clearly on your side. I live in NY, intended & went to Woodstock, NY; never had any intent or reason to go to Canada!

We booked this hotel due to convenience to 401. We were on 1st floor and room had ants. Unfortunately there were also some patrons who partook in drugs and children felt unsafe. Hotel desk staff were amazing

Overall was good. People bringing dogs and not picking up poop. Smells terrible where you park. If you back in you have to be careful walking in the grass.
