Love the Victorian theme of this hotel, the restaurant that it’s attached to is the best part! Wish I stayed more nights. It’s pretty quiet in the night so you will be ordering in food. Emma was super helpful!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times over the past year. Would highly recommend. Comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. The rooms are serviced daily to a very high standard. Fantastic location. Unfortunately the bar is too busy in the evening to eat in. The food is high quality. Could only be improved if they did room service for the bar food in the evenings.

This was a lovely hotel in an historic converted bank building. It is in a safe and well connected area with tube and bus services within five minutes, plus St Paul’s Cathedral and other sites are within walking distance. The room was well designed and equipped. The pub below is a large gorgeous space with the elegant features of the bank preserved. But the absolute best thing about our stay was the friendly and very helpful staff. We will certainly stay there again when in London.

Awesome place to have base camp for exploring London. The rooms are spacious and affordable. The staff there were amazing and provided exceptional recommendations along with answering all of my questions. The underground was only 3-5 minute walk and it was only 20 minutes or less on the underground to get to the major attractions. I had to switch hotels when I hit the work part of my trip in London to a chain hotel and boy was I regretting leaving the counting house.

Good location if you need to work or do things in the area. Hotel room is clean and modern. Comfy bed. Just an issue I had, the bar/resturant of hotel doesn’t have food late at night when they are still open. Nearest place, a 10min walk
