Well situated to transport and supermarket Welcome was under welcoming as porter took over 5 mins to answer door and let us in ,especially as we arrived tired and late at night Staff were not communicative and limited English spoken

Great hotel but with missing key items!
Location is excellent and the hotel was very clean. The staff were helpful but the room was small …..and lacked simple items such as a toaster, coffee machine, safe and an oven that could have made the stay so much more pleasant!

I’m sure other rooms are fine but not on the ground floor. Located adjacent to the entry way, check in office, and laundry facilities. Groups of people tended to congregate in the hall/ lobby area. It was very loud with people checking in/out or organizing their day. Being on the ground floor there was also street noise and a bicycle locker right outside the window that was accessed at odd hours. It was a bit disappointing.

Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty to eat! The room is quite small, however, if you are on holiday and want to explore London this shouldn’t be an issue. Although small, our room served its purpose. We did request a queen size bed but were given 2 twin size beds instead, and the shower had mildew. Drinking water was also not made available. Overall, given its price point, I would recommend this as a place to stay.

It was very convenient staying at a hotel near the station, comfortable without unnecessary interference. The only dissatisfaction was with the water pressure in the toilet, but this is not the hotel's responsibility. The staff were all friendly.
