This was a last minute booking due to my flight cancellation and I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room was heavily stained and dirty, the fridge in the room does not cool anything and we asked if they could store our items which I was traveling with and they said they could not. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the shower head had so much buildup and had not been cleaned for a while clearly. For the price they charge and the advertisement and the state of the room i saw I was very disappointed and would not be rebooking this hotel if I were in this situation again.

I only booked because I had an over night layover. Hotel was great and the front desk staff was amazing. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was very helpful. The reasonably priced shuttle to the airport was great too.

I liked the clean, modern, sophisticated decor, and the convenience to Heathrow Airport, as well as the view of the airport and planes from the 6th floor. I think the hotel or Expedia could have shared more information. For example, Sky Bar sells dinner and the airport shuttle is called Hotel Hoppa and serves several hotels.

We had a little bit of trouble finding this place, even though it was right by the airport. It wasn’t easy to get to by foot from the airport. The room & amenities were basic and sufficient.
