Renovations and improvements!

They are renovating the hotel, the new rooms are much nicer and more modern. They also have recently renovated the front of the building. I imagine they are waiting for the renovations to finish to fix the parking lot, as there are craters that make it a hazard to drive through. Both entrances have massive pot holes but the city has torn up Wellington road and are expanding it which is why i think there are such bad road conditions everywhere in London and I don’t blame days inn, they probably want to wait until all the work is done to correct it otherwise it will happen again - just be careful pulling in (and driving anywhere in London, there are times it was dark and raining and I hit a pothole and was convinced my car would be damaged, they are just so terrible there right now!). Anyway the staff is always super friendly, the night front desk agent always remembers my name and everything I tell him and he follows up on prior conversations, there are such nice people working there and any issue I have had has been attended to immediately.

Worth the stay

Great location, a trash can would good for clean up around the property. Room was spacious, balcony sweet surprise King size bed was glorious. Secure with key entry in building. The towels were lackin and shower was bit of a waste with more pressure on my feet then head . Enjoyed the rest though worth the stay

This hotel deserves 1 star and that is because of the staff Dirty carpets everywhere. Our door to our room had to be pushed open and then closed due to the fact that it was completely out of whack to the frame The tub was old and dated and groaned and squeaked with every movement. It didnt give you much confidence in using it. Outside was a pile of broken unusable furniture. Very visible to guests Room 251 definetly needs a makeover and this whole property needs a lot of attention. Would not recommend at all

Please fix the parking lot as the damage cause pose safety issue like risk or injury when walking in the parking lot. Toilet flush did not work properly although it was working .
