I have been to a lot of hotels and sadly I would have to say nothing unique or special. When I first got into the room our bathroom sink was plugged and pubic hairs in the shower. I always leave a tip but this was my first time not which makes me sad. On top of that before we even got to our room there were 5 people ahead making complaints. Not a very good impression.

Saw a used condom at the base of the bed. Neighbour next to us was playing loud music all night without stopping. Lots of people are active in the early morning and can hear people shouting. Sink was slow to drain, toilet flush was weak and not hot water in shower or sink. Although the price was really cheap, I would pay more for something more clean.

No wash cloths or hand towels in the bathroom. The bathroom door rubbed on the floor and was noisy. The main door slammed all the time. Couldnt own the patio door as it was locked by the hotel.

There was bed bugs. I left to go wash all my laundry. Public bathroom when I was waiting to check in was disgusting. Staff looked bored and annoyed. Door was usually left open on my floor to outside because didn’t close properly unless pulled shut which is a safety issue. I’m not much of a complainer but this was the worst hotel ever. It said top booked and I liked how it was across from the mall but I didn’t realize how terrible it would be. I got a refund for my remaining nights I had booked. I used to live in London and was visiting from up north and wasn’t aware it had gone way down hill. I had switched to the homewood after that experience I didn’t care about the money. The homewood was amazing especially compared to this dump. Don’t book and don’t waste your money. Not worth bringing home bed bugs.

One like was it was close to major hwy, and shopping. Dis like was it wasnt the greatest. Had no tv to watch upon check in. I called down and soneone came stated nothing they can do tonight and that someone would be in the morning. Nobody came until after 2pm then took the tv out of room to fix abd brought back later

This was the first time I have had to give a bad review to this hotel chain. They refused to take cash or bank card for the security deposit although I've used that over and over again, at every hotel. The room was advertised as a dbl bed room but there was only one bed. The mirror had been removed from the wall of the room and many repairs needed to be done. The room and bathroom and balcony looked like they had not been well cared for in years and there was a bad smell as soon as we entered the facility. The rear door entrance to the building was open and would not close amongst other issues.....a regrettable experience overall :(
