Did not stay-property - was unavailable
We could not stay on the property because it was a fraud and the property manager did not give us any info about which unit it was or how to access it. Vrbo did nothing to resolve the situation nor did it offer to refund us despite its stated guarantee. It was stressful and costly.

This is a scam listing, do not book!!!
Wasn’t actually able to stay in the property as was never sent the check in details from the host. Payment was taken and email sent from Vrbo telling me to get ready for my stay but absolutely appalling leaving me without a place to stay for the night
