A fantastic stay (please exclude students)
Superb hotel. Loved the studio apartments and the decor. Friendly staff. Only downside is allowing students to use the lounge facilities to work - my mother and I returned from a day out to find nowhere to sit. All vacant spaces were taken up by students on laptops or their phones. Not ideal when you’ve spent a good chunk of money to benefit from the facilities.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for getting around and nice place. The room size was adequate but well laid out so was very comfortable and functional. Bed was comfortable with a nice seating area and good facilities. Perfect for our weekend break and definitely recommended.

Overall, this was a nice hotel to stay at. Take note if you're looking for somewhere quiet this is not your place. As soon as I arrived, I was met with an entire lobby full of people. There is a coffee shop and a hotel downstairs that's open to the public and always constantly busy. I went downstairs to try to get coffee and there was a line of 15 people. With that said the room was nice and the staff was OK. Overall, it was a nice property and very cute. I just wish I would've known about all the people. if you like, having a really busy hotel and all the energy, then this would be the perfect place for you. I just like my hotels quiet.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was comfortable and I loved having a kitchenette. It would have been nice to have better coffee options, ie, a coffee maker in the room. The coffee bar downstairs is good, but the expense adds up day after day and I like to have morning coffee without having to leave my room. It would have been nice if there weren't so many people on laptops in the lobby and garden. There are obviously a lot of people not staying in the hotel that enjoy the atmosphere, but as a hotel guest, I couldn't find a place to sit down there to enjoy it.
