Great place to stay!
Really nice property clean and equipped with everything you need. Great location, quiet neighborhood within a good distance to the main centre. Host was friendly and respectful of privacy. Had a great stay.

NICE COSY FLAT
This property is located in a very nice residential area. The owner was very kind and friendly and provided all the amenities and everything one needs for a vacation rental. The wi-fi was not always great and the service was a little bit below standard. Also I would recommend that the owner installs a bigger and more powerful exhaust fan in the bathroom which was very damp resulting in foul smell. I had to buy lots of air fresheners !! Overall, very happy with my stay for 1 month.

Our Stay in Purley
Very private. Had own parking space. Nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Negatives: Cobwebs were noticed. Unsecure internet. Futon was very uncomfortable (needs better mattress). Ad says four can stay comfortably but only two adults can really stay here. Also, there is no dryer. There is, however, an outside clothesline.

Basic, but functional accomodation
Property was clean, well equiped, and host was helpful and friendly. Although very well equiped, and aspects such as kitchen and shower were very good, some other elements were basic and felt unfinished, and it would benefit from some better quality furniture. Our main recommendation would be to get a more comfy settee; it was very uncomfy to sit on (we didnt try it s a bed). Also wifi was very poor (low strength and patchy).

Comfortable beds, nice kitchen with a clothes washer/dryer, nice shower and a great neighborhood. Nirmal is friendly and available if you need him. We had a wonderful time staying here and I would stay again if I'm ever in London again. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful property located in the outskirts of London
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of London. It is designed for travelers using a car. We used this as our base to see Stonehenge, castles, and two excursion to London for a play and shopping. This house is located close to a large grocery store (Tesco) and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking all meals. It is a little larger than a hotel room but mostly a simple, easy access, and safe place to rest at night. The host is very kind and welcoming. He provided us tips on how to find the grocery store and alternatives to traveling in London.

The worst experience ever in my life
The uint is very shabby and does not a cent. Very dirty, and everything is old. The bedroom smells, and the so called kitchen equipments are not usable. I asked the owner when I tried to book about the internet and told him that I need a very good internet and he confirm that it is good but there was no internet and when I asked him he said to try in the bedroom. I tried but it was the same no internet. I lost a lot of money because of that. I booked and paid for 7 nights but I could not continue more than 3 nights then moved to another unit. The owner instead of being sorry but asked me not to write a bad review because that will effect his business badly, but I have to say the truth so the other will have an idea. If there is a way to post pictures I would post them as I have many that show the status of this what so call a home. I am writing now from Bosna & H and I have booked a unit thru Homeaway and it is amazing unit. He called a small piece of shabby thing a rug, there is no coffee table, no computer chair. It was hot in London and we could not open the windows or the doors because there were no screen and bugs and flies entered the unit after 15 minutes so we closed everything. No AC no windows screen and the temp was around 80 F and humidity was around 70 and more than that there was no fan. It was a nightmare when you have to sleep on dirty mattress that has no cover sheet. The bed itself maybe many decades old and the mattress was so tough. Stay away and sleep in the street is better, Period. I did not wish to write such a review but I have to tell my experience. If there is a minus star I would choose it.

Perfect place to stay
We really lived staying at the property, we needed a place that was close to where we lived whilst we were having building work done on our property and this suited us perfectly. we have two daughters who were very comfortable on the sofa bed and we were able to cook simple meals and do everything we would normally do when we are at home. The property was clean, perfectly functional and private. As a bonus, we were also allowed to use the garden which was great for the kids. Thanks Nirmal for being so accommodating, best of luck for the future.

Compact and suitable even for a family of four!
It is a well thought out compact unit with all the amenities necessary for a long stay. My family and I stayed for nearly 2 months and we were very happy. The landlord lives next door and is very nice and helpful.

Great location in the outer suburbs.
Nirmal was an excellent host who on arrival took us to the local Tesco to pick up supplies. The accomodation could do with a little updating but the beds were comfortable. It's a half hour trip into London. There is also a local bus stop to get you into Purley. It was great accommodation for what we were looking for.

My son and I were visiting south London looking for a rental property. This accommodation was ideal for that; close to the areas we wanted and very clean and quiet, being in a nice neighbourhood. It was nice to be able to go for evening walks, as well. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would go again.

The property was ideally situated for visiting London
We found the property to be shabby and under equipped. There was a lack of cooking utensils for instance there was no tin opener, fish slice or a rack in the grill tray. Although the heating was excellent the lack of rugs in the sitting area and the bedroom made the rooms feel less cosy. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. The wi-fi was fast and reliable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but won't be going back.

Nice Stay
Owner was welcoming and very helpful, it was nice to have someone next door in case you had questions. Rental was attached to house, kind of small but it was good for the price. Rental had everything needed for a family, the only thing was the shower although it was nice the way the floor was it would kind of splash the whole bathroom and you couldn't use the toilet or sink without getting your feet wet. Rental had a driveway for your car so parking was no issue. WIFI went out but it was due to a storm, so you can't help that. Besides that it is in a nice area, 12 or so miles from London so not to far. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for others.

Serene and Pleasant.
The apartment was sparkling neat with all appliances to make a home away from home. Quiet and serene neighborhood of about 6 mins walk to Pirley town centre and 10mins bus ride to Croydon shopping malls. Mr NIRMAL and family were very warm and provided necessary information that made our stay a worthwhile. My family of four had great fun, enough room to run around and play. Hope to be back soon.

Perfectly equipped, great property and superb location
This property was absolutely perfect for our requirements - we were visiting family and catching up with friends. The property is completely self contained and has everything you need for a stay-away from home. Kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge and washing machine. Dining ware, glasses and cutlery for 4 at least. The wet room is spot on with a lovely shower. Beds and bedding were comfy, cosy and clean. We used the TV and WiFi with no problems and there's off street parking. Nirmal was a perfect host - kept in contact before we arrived to ensure everything would be in order, checked that we were okay while we were there and refund was made before we'd got home - highly recommend and we will be back!
