Moldy bathrooms, never received the stated 7 day service, had to request toilet paper twice and call multilpe times to have it delivered. Horrible place, do not stay there!

Nice and cosy. Improvements, need more cooking ware like frying pan. Also need washing machine and dishwasher. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Make sure you go to the correct Hampton Suite
Very helpful staff at the hotel check-in. 4 minute walk to the apartment. I mistakenly went to the Hampton Suite 1, rather than 2, which was next door! Took a while to work that out. Flat clean and very spacious. Some carpet staining in the public areas but overall cleanliness was excellent.

Very helpful staff at the hotel check-in. 4 minute walk to the apartment. It was dark, and I mistakenly went to the Hampton Suite 1, rather than 2, which was next door! Took a while to work that out. Flat clean and very spacious. Some carpet staining in the publuc areas which is why i only scored 4 not 5.

Clean spacious accommodation. Only improvement is to have fresher white towels. The bath and hand towels were tired and worn out and no longer pure white.

OK, but more basic than anticipated.
The apartment had what you would need for 2 people staying for a weekend and planning to be out most of the time, but it would be a little sparse for any other purpose. We only received the email stating that we had to check in at the Crowne Plaza hotel 5 minutes down the road the day before and there was only one set of keys available which caused us a problem as my husband and I had different plans for the evening and weren’t going to get back at the same time. If you want a quiet night I would suggest requesting an apartment at the back of the building as ours was at the front and suffered from road noise. We were lucky to get a parking space on site but several other guests weren’t because there are 2 large storage containers taking up at least 4 of the parking spaces. They look like permanent fixtures. It gave the impression that it had been furnished and maintained cheaply. The laminate floor was tatty, there was a knife missing from the preparation knife set, the 2 wine glasses didn’t match, there were only 2 pans and no serving bowls that could be used for salad etc, the toilet roll holder kept falling over, and one of the floating shelves sloped downwards. The biggest downside was the bed is too large for the bedroom and left little space to get round in the corner where the wardrobe is situated.

Happy with our stay
The staff was very helpful, kind, and responsive. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and while on a busy road we easily slept with the windows open. More ventilation would be good- we used the fans in the windows and that worked well but we had to have them on all the time otherwise it got stuffy in there. Overall a good experience
