Nicht zumutbarer Zustand der Wohnung und des Gartens
Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht ansprechend in einem ungemütlichen Mehrfamilienhauses. Der Zustand des Mobiliars war alt, dreckig und teilweise defekt. In den Schubladen und Schränken lag diverser Kram. Hier müsste man mal aufräumen und putzen. Das Geschirr und eigentlich die ganze Küche waren nicht sauber genug, um darin etwas zu benutzen. Auf den Kacheln des Herdes klebten Essensreste oder sonst was. In den Schubladen und Schränken lag allerlei Gerümpel und Dreck. Im Garten und sogar direkt vor der Terrassentür lagen eine alte Weste, eine Dose und andere Sachen zB eine alte Waschmaschine. Eine Terrasse mit so einem Garten ist als Mietobjekt genauso wenig zumutbar wie der Rest der Wohnung, inklusive der alten Bäder. Der Zustand der Wohnung mit Garten ist auf den Bildern in Deiner Anzeige nicht klar zu erkennen und wird auch nicht gezeigt. Es gibt keine Detailbilder. Ein längerer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung kam für uns aufgrund des Zustands der Wohnunge nicht in Frage. Wir haben die Wohnung sofort verlassen nachdem wir ein neues Hotelzimmer gefunden hatten. hatten. . hatten. Backhaus
