Lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. We were greeted by the friendliest staff. Although the room was snug (understandable for London), it was perfect for our sister trip and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect as the the trains, shops, and restaurants were within a 5-10min walk. Overall it was a great stay.

For the price, it really wasn’t worth it. I booked it for the pool. It was closed. No word of that when booking. The service was poor and the staff were uninterested and uninformed. I was even ignored for a while.

Dusty room, hair in the shower with a slow draining plug. Bed very firm and pillows lumpy. No water in room, went down to reception to buy some - we were offered two small bottles which was appreciated although receptionist proceeded to relentlessly push us to book for breakfast after declining multiple times. Overall, felt over priced. Great location!

The hot breakfast every morning had a large variety of food items. Options for vegans and vegetarians. No options to take tea or coffee to go. The mattress was uncomfortable and worn out. The shower was the biggest issue. It is a SAFETY ISSUE. Water all over the floor with each shower. Difficult to get ahold of housekeeping to get extra towels. However we would stay again. Very friendly staff.
