The rooms were quite small; face towels were not provided as I’m told they are not utilized in EU. The breakfast buffet was located outside across the street. The food was average. The hotel is very close to eateries and transportation. There was a gentleman by the name of Jolly who was very helpful. Overall I would say the hotel is average.

This was the sexy time for us staying in this hotel. The first time I was travelling alone and I was put in relatively large room and king size bed which I found very attractive given the size of the hotel rooms in London. Second time I was travelling with my partner and we were put in single room less than 100SF with a ?single bed that we could barely fit. We were also charged much more than the first time per night. We discussed this with the manager and they could not do anything on first day but on descend day we were moved to a medium size room and queen bed (still much smaller than the room I had initially). Given this I feel the hotel was overpriced for the services

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was charged almost $300 for a room I never got the chance to stay in - due to a cancelled flight from USA to London - and totally out of my control. Not only that, I had my three year old with me. I have asked and begged for grace and consideration. I will never book with either company again. This was so terrible for me and my son.

The hotel was perfect for us...close to historic sites (walkable), Victoria Underground, meeting points for scheduled tours. The staff was excellent. The included breakfast offered many options. We had dinner in the restaurant several evenings after long tour days...excellent service! Highly recommend!!

Vinyl Floors ...meh
Never have we stayed in a hotel property, including a low end budget one, where everything is covered in vinyl flooring from the hallways to the room itself. This made for very loud hallway noise and very uncomfortable feelings walking around barefoot in our room. We laid towels on the ground just to make it feel a little cozier. Whoever designed this obviously does not care about comfort and rather have something sterile and easy to clean. Definitely not a place for a romantic getaway. It's more designed for children and families. The buffet breakfast was the only highlight. That was very good.

Quick stay- twin room
My mother and I booked a room at the last minute to get out of a bad airbnb. We weren’t there much and didn’t get to try breakfast. Getting to our room was a bit of a maze, but other than that the room was big and clean. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind. The location is great, but you do have to walk through a bit of a tent community to get to the Main Street. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay.
