I would recommend getting a room not on the main road side, because the old window offer very little sound dampening.

A very modern, clean, and well appointed double room. Bed was very comfortable. Room is very small so not much space to put things, similar in size to Premier Inn hub hotel. The en-suite bathroom equally well appointed and modern. The air-con was excellent. The sash windows rattled in the windy conditions outside so best use a towel or paper serviette in the gaps. My room was on the 3rd floor so 6 flights of stairs to negotiate as there is no lift. Wi-if speed variable. Seemed odd to have to pay a £25 damage waiver when checking in. For a £100 a night room, can’t imagine much damage is ever done. These waivers always create a negative situation of mistrust between the hotel and guest.

Ok, room was small but as expected, staff not helpful and indeed slightly rude. Strange policies regarding damages deposit, something I have never come across before and hopefully never willl. Was not made to feel welcome and glad that I was only there for 6 hours

Excellent value for money. Although small, room was modern with high quality fittings. Bed plush. Clean. 5 mins walk to KingsX. I’ve stayed in central London hotels for business at 4x the price that are worse. Highly recommended.

Excellent small single room, clean little bathroom with brilliant shower, comfortable bed, great lighting. There's some traffic and train noise, you are staying near King's Cross so completely expected. Amazing value and highly recommended

tiny room, very noisy, cheap bedding, no room cleaning booked for 2 nights, but check out after one. Must be one of the worst hotels I ever stayed.

Very, very small room
Bad points: The was tiny, approx 3m x 2m and this included the shower/toilet room. Just big enough for a double bed, which was pushed up against the wall on 3 sides! A small gap, less than 1m wide, between the bed and the sliding door into the shower room, which had a single chair and desk in. Thank god the bed had space underneath otherwise we’d have had no where to store our cases. There was no facilities to hang clothing! 2 hangers and 3 coat hooks is not enough for 2 people. We used the hangers to put our dresses on and hung them on the back of the door or on the shower cubicle. When closing the door to leave we had to push the duvet out of the way because it caught on the door, yes the room was that small!! No facilities available in the entrance when checking in, only a 2 seater sofa, no toilet facilities. Be warned, you have to pay a £25 per night deposit, it’s not actually taken from account unless any damage is caused. Good points: Big TV on the wall and Aircon was amazing and thank god it was there because without a window, we’d have died in the tiny, hot space! Tea/coffee facilities were available as was a single lamp. Room was clean, bed was comfy and there was no noise, so had a good sleep! I know London is expensive but this place is overpriced! Let’s just say I won’t be returning.

We really liked the comfort of the bed. The room was very clean albeit very small. It was in the basement, and the lift did not go down to the basement. Not a big deal but for someone who might have a lot of luggage that could be an issue along with the fact that there is no room in your room for luggage. We had one big checked bag and two carry-ons plus smaller bags and we had to block the door to the bathroom and the room to get everything in. We were only staying overnight to catch the train in the morning so it was no big deal. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel.
