£55 for a room in central London- you're not going to get 4* luxury, but what you will get is more than adequate. Comfortable, clean, plenty of choice for breakfast. If you're the type of person who likes longing around in your room this isn't the place to go. If you're out all day and just need a base to return to it's perfect

I really enjoyed my stay - great place for solo travellers. I was visiting for work and really enjoyed coming back to Rosebery Hall after a long busy day. The breakfast was outstanding as well.

One of my favorite places to stay EVER. Amazing value, I'd have paid more without complaint. Great room, the sink in the room is a game changer, greatly reducing the need for the shared bathroom. Everything clean, worked well, great breakfast, the location is perfect for getting around, it's quiet. My only issue was it gets toasty in the rooms without AC but that's typical so didn't bother me much

Really hot in the room (no AC!) and a light directly in the window from the street. Also you can hear people walking by cause its the second floor. So I really bad slept for the two nights, other than that its okay.
