Wow what a hotel, we arrived spoke to Mohammed at the main desk very polite, he noticed I was with my children and gave us a executive room with 2 rooms, rooms and bathroom very extremely clean, breakfast was amazing freshly made omelettes excellent fresh coffee, swimming pool is brilliant for kids and adults, swimming pool open for kids from 8pm to 9:30pm even provided towels and dressing gowns

Very good location, close to Tower of London and Hop on/off buses. Breakfast was a full service breakfast with everything you could want! Tub and shower don’t drain well but other than that the room was great. Concierge on duty was very helpful. Lovely place to stay!

Really disappointing cleanliness
I had stayed here many times on business before I retired and liked it very much. The location is superb and the health club is good. I also think it’s good value. However, when we went to our room, the bathroom had been cleaned but very poorly with beard hairs on the wall of the shower and long hairs on the floor. The hotel apologised and sent somebody up. We then went to the spa and on unrolling the robe on our room, found that it had been laundered but still stained. Not good

Staff not so personable .. asked for restaurant recommendations and she basically handed me a sheet and sent me on my way. No friendly or welcoming exchange. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and floor tile so slick I thought I’d break my neck falling since the tub and the shower both were elevated on platforms. Weird . The shower had a funny smell. Problems with the refrigerator always locking and having to call down to unlock it. It was a hotel stocked refrigerator but why have one in the room if you can’t put your own things in it? On morning of departure it was locked and they wouldn’t open it until we paid our bill! Then they told us we could go back up and get our things but we had a cab waiting so we didn’t bother. Annoying and they didn’t care. Only good thing was location. Close to underground and tower bridge and we had decent dinner at Leo’s. Restaurant staff was kind. Service at the cafe was poor. Felt understaffed and waited quite a while just for coffee. Not the best experience overall for the price.

This property is a quiet jewel among hotels in London. The location was perfect for hitting the best attractions--yet away from most of the hustle/bustle of busy London streets. Short walks away from several popular areas (e.g. Leadenhall Market, Sky Garden), yet the Tower Tube access meant that we could easily use this hotel as our home base--and easily find our way back. The staff were very helpful and friendly and took care of any request/issue we had (minor A/C adjustments). In particular, Luigi was the best in helping us to both get to the hotel, and to get back to the airport on time. One of the best/most comfortable hotels we've stayed at. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and hot temp. The Leo restaurant staff took care of us for our late night recaps. Livia and Svetlana were particularly helpful. The hotel also had a phenomenal pool--with hot tub, steam room, sauna, and aroma sauna. The hours were open late and the pool had space for laps as well as recreation. We truly enjoyed decompressing in the pool after a long day of visiting London's numerous attractions. It was also neat that the Roman wall was aside our hotel. Pretty cool. We highly recommend it.

First time to London and wanted something nice, convenient to transportation and must see attractions. We had a problem with our room heat on a cold night and Ash, the concierge took care of us. After it was still not working, we got a new room and he made sure our stay was a memorable one and we got a room with an upgraded view. It was walkable to a sightseeing bus stop, Uber boats, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, restaurants, an underground station, and our room came with breakfast which was fantastic. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!
