Desperately needs a infrastructure update. Main reception area small and smelly. Needs new plumbing However, staff service was very good. Surprise that a Best Western property would not be kept up.

All staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom had issue with plug in sink. Would benefit from having an explanation of how to operate the shower. Good breakfast. Car parking difficult to following confusing indtructions. Advise going to speak to reception who are very helpful. I would stay at the hotel again.

Bedroom looked recently renovated and clean. Bathroom not updated but was only for one night. Sofa bed unfortunately not comfortable, both kids ended up in our bed, I went to sleep on it then instantly squeezed back into the king bed. Itā€™s a big events hotel so expect parties and noise! Staff lovely, breakfast had something for everyone. Lots of parking although this is extra.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Iā€™ve rated it low for condition and facilities. Thatā€™s for three reasons. 1. The television didnā€™t work 2. The rooms are a long way from reception. Didnā€™t really bother me, but could be an issue for elderly or infirm 3. The car parking AT the hotel was Ā£7. No reason for this that I can see, but a revenue stream. Just donā€™t expect this in 2024.
