This hotel is lovely with fantastic staff that are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great and value for money exceptional. I've stayed in London numerous times and the staff here were some of the best. If you have disabilities it may be worth asking to be on a lower floor as there isn't a lift currently. It is in a really convenient location with Battersea Power Station close by, a really great stay.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Victoria Station. Hotel staff are excellent. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The room is small which is typical of some of the older hotel buildings in London but very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The room was tiny with one bed. All indications were this was a two bed room. Next door BBQ directly in my window. Bathroom floor dirty. Towels were threadbare and old.
