The flat is located on the 11th floor of a modern apartment block – there is a lift! The flat is situated next door to the park and a minute or two’s walk from the station. You’ll check-in to the property without the hassle of having to meet an agent. There’s a lockbox and keys.

As you come through the flat’s front door, you’ll be struck by how the natural light just pours in through the tall windows. It feels more like something you’d expect to find in New York. The flat is spacious and open-plan, but here’s what you can expect to find:

- Large open-plan living and kitchen area with comfy sofa as well as a dining table
- Gorgeous bedroom with stunning views and plenty of storage
- Fully-equipped kitchen, full of natural light, with modern appliances like a coffee machine
- Lovely modern bathroom with shower-tub combo

The bedroom has a new double bed and mattress for 2023. There’s a professional clean before your arrival, in which the bed is made up of crisp, hotel-quality linen. We’ll also leave fresh towels out for you, and add the finishing touches such as cushions and throws.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
