My friend and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the London eye and had a bus stop only mètres from the front door and a tube station only about a 2 minute walk away. The room was standard hotel size (not overly large) but had a kitchenette which was very handy with a Sainsburys just downstairs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, printing out a lengthy document for us. There is a guest laundry with the washing machines free to use but payment required for the dryer. The staff frequently changed towels and linen and restocked kitchen necessities including coffee pods. There is a gym and restaurant, but we used neither of these so can’t comment. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay at Marlin Waterloo
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was doing laundry. It accepted only change, and at this point we had no cash on us, and none of the ATM's close to the hotel would let us get cash out. We had to wait until next day to find an ATM that would allow us to use our debit card. I wish there was a way that the hotel could have charged laundry change to our room, or that the laundry service was also set up to take credit cards. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay in walking distance to Big Ben. I would recommend people to stay at this hotel.

This is now our go to hotel in London. Good prices very convenient to both Lambeth North and Waterloo underground. Sainsbury downstairs. Free washing machines. Big rooms with lovely big bathrooms. We will be back. Have tried loads of places around London and this is the best. Great views of the trains.
