Just spent an amazing 4 days in London with our son. The hotel was a hit! The staff went above and beyond, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds? Out of this world, especially the pillows – absolute perfection. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

It's in a great area. When i checked in my AC was not working, I was hot from taking an overnight flight and taking the tube from the airport with my suitcase...in August! I called the front desk and told them I was struggling with the AC and that I had to open my windows to get myself relief. After 40 minutes, once I was ready to go to work (this was a work trip), they still had not come to fix the AC. On top of that, I couldn't get the cold shower to work in my room - only super super hot water! I went downstairs to tell them I was still waiting for the AC and left the hotel for the day for work. It was fixed when I came back but it wasn't ideal, wish there was a bit more sense of urgency given the heat temperatures and a first impression

We loved staying at NYX Holborn. Our room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but the location was superb, close to buses, the Underground and Hop On Hop Off bus stops. Lots of places to eat and drink including the NYX restaurants and new rooftop Miami themed bar. Everything was in tip top shape and staff solved every problem our party of 4 came up with. We also enjoyed the pool. A/C definitely not American style but our room was cooler than the 28-30 deg. C outside. Everything in London seems expensive esp. for Canadians but we felt we got good value for our splurge.

Hotel fantastic hotels double booked though.
The stay in the hotel was great the staff excellent 10 out of 10 for the hotel. My issue is for some reason the hotel was double booked. It seems I had four rooms booked instead of 2. The hotel reported this but I a struggling. To get through to ensure that the booking costs are not taken 2 twice.

A lovely hotel
What a lovely hotel. Room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Complemetary bottled water was left in the room every day. Great air con, in the room. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice. Will stay again.

NYX Hotel is conveniently located close to Holborn station. Covent Garden was 10 mins walk. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were very small for someone coming from USA but I think this is how it is in London. The only issue I had was with the decor of the hotel, where unlike others, I found most paintings not appropriate for young children

After a hiccup during check in (initial room had broken AC and the reception staff took its time to change the room - some of it unnecessary) the hotel delivered. Very clean and convenient to visit London.

Great place to stay in London
Overall the hotel was great. The location was close to the tube for easy transport around Lindon. The staff was amazing and prompt. The hotel decor was fun and enjoyable. Only issue we found was the air conditioning kept going out but the staff was prompt at correcting it.
