Excellent service clean rooms and very comfortable bed we had food at your restaurant and I must say it was absolutely delicious we had the lamb cutlets they was really nice i like the menu choices you have the staff are fantastic they are very polite I had my son with me who is a baby and a staff member got my son a small pillow for his high chair so that he had a bit of comfort as he’s was a bit small for the high chair I would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning

$21 per person for a very limited and bland breakfast is a ripoff. The hotel sink in our room was clogged and showers never got hot. I would not recommend booking here. The 65 bus does run through there which is convenient but other than that it wasn’t a good experience.

Reception is very good and alert. Check in and out super fast and good. Good room, most area clean under sofa cushion is very dirty. Shower is very good. Cleaning staff is good. Taxi by hotel is much more dear than Uber ride. Sainsbury local is handy. Bed is firm which I like pillows also. Breakfast feel so so, lemon mint water at entrance is thoughtful.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. We cannot fault it. The service was excellent (a special thanks to Roberto for your help on checking in) The breakfast was very good with a large selection and plenty to impress our 6 year old daughter. We enjoyed using the pool. Our room had everything we needed. We found the hotel to be in a convenient location with Brentford station just a short walk away. The only suggestions we would have would be to put non-slip mats in the swimming pool changing room as not only did our daughter slip over, we also saw the same happen to another guest. We also felt the pillows could have done with being replaced as they were rather lumpy.

Lovely hotel, enjoyed my stay. Room has everything you want, lovely walk in shower, large flat screen tv, tea and coffee making facilities, stay deposit box. Sauna and pool wonderful, free shampoo and conditioner for the swim and in your room. Could not find a hairdryer in room, foox for dinner excellet about £20 for a main, excellent service. Breakfast simply divine-eveything you could wish for! Staff helpful and attentive. There should be a sign though saying reception, person on laptop by a desk but I didn';t realise that was reception! Snacklyou can purchase by door and seats to sit on and places to charge your phone.
