Great budget hotel
2 night work trip, another budgets hotel around Paddington. Booked single room. Was pleasantly surprised. Lovely spacious room. Clean and well maintained. Bathroom was also spacious with a great powerful shower. Hotel has a lift and breakfast is included, although I did not try it. Great location, easy access to underground and trains. Lots of food and drink options locally. Would highly recommend and will be trying to book again.

There is no AC and it was extremely hot in the rooms. I think some facility to at least provide a fan should be there. No coffee or tea in the room- available in the waiting room though. Breakfast- coffee/ toast/ boiled egg/ ham and cheese and corn flakes.

Seemed clean and safe. Good for a night or two on a bit of a budget. Mould growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and it didn't have any toiletries, a little annoying when your visiting but there is a shop in the train station that's close where you can purchase it all. Not much for soundproofing it is a little loud. Breakfast is a couple slices of toast and jam with deli meats, i probably would rather save the money and they just stopped the breakfast it's pretty pointless. Lots of coffee shops in the immediate area. Very average but it's somewhere to drop a bag and explore the city. Zero to no effort put into the experience from the staff. The room was older but the sheets and towels were clean. TV didn't work, no coffee machine or water glasses. Doors only barely open because the room is so small, you wouldn't be able to open a suitcase, you would have to put it on the bed. We were lucky we only bought a small backpack.

Good stay!
We had a quadruple room (one double bed and two twin beds) which worked great for our family with teenage kids. Room was clean, staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early, which was fantastic. Bathroom was clean but very small. Overall, great value for the money - good central location, walkable neighborhood with many shopping and dining options.

Good Experience
The hotel is located near Paddington Station which made it really easy to get to and around the city. It was clean, affordable, and had lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The breakfast was adequate. Overall our family of 5 had a great experience and the staff provided a great start to our summer vacation.

Good value and location for the money. The bed only had a heavy duvet on it for cover. Which makes you wonder, how often do they wash a big heavy duvet like that… sheets would be more practical. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and water was good. Room is tight but that’s what you get in one of these old buildings.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to Hyde park, Oxford Street/Soho etc. not dw and quiet. Very clean. Only issue we had is a that we are vegan so breakfast wasn’t great. But to be fair the staff did run to shop for pay milk

Awful experience
I was in London, England, and I must say it was an awful experience. I had to book last minute due to a family emergency, traveling from the United States. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even the most basic standards. First, there was no thermometer in the room, so I was sweating all night and morning. It was incredibly uncomfortable and made it impossible to get any rest. Secondly, the windows in my room wouldn’t shut properly, which was a major safety concern. I felt unsafe the entire time, fearing that someone could easily break in. Given these significant issues, I believe I am entitled to a refund. The conditions were unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if the hotel could address this matter promptly.
