I booked a room on the upper floors and was assigned a room on the 4th floor in the end. That room was very nice and quit.Breakfast could be a bit better.

They had some flooding and therefore had issues with rooms and making sure they had enough that were ready at check-in. We checked in twice and had to move us rooms once. The restaurant attached is FANTASTIC. The staff was not overly friendly so don’t expect bubbly service. The location was great minus the MAJOR construction on the street. But either way, it was a great spot for a couple days; wouldn’t have stayed here if it was longer than that. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. There was plenty of times I thought someone was in our room. 7/10 since the location was perfectly near the subway.

If we had not had a room with a window, we would have been sweltering in the heat in the room in November. It was cool outside but would not have slept comfortably without the window open. The heat needs to have better regulation. Staff was uanble to change this.

Reception staff were mater of fact but not friendly. The room was underground, it had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioning was noisy and difficult to adjust. Towels were if poor quality. Overall experience was poor. We would not go back.

Decent hotel in good location for Earls Court and surroundings but basement room was very noisy. Not sure if this was from the air-con but at random times throughout the night there was noise of running water (possibly a shower above). Sound insultation between rooms poor

Great stay at this well located hotel within walking distance to cafes restaurants and the tube. Staff are very friendly and helpful and offered us a larger room. This is not readily available in London.

Staff friendly and helpful on arrival. Ended up being given slightly bigger room downstairs as I don't think ours was ready quite yet. Area was busy but not much in way of entertainment, more food places so always handy for a coffee and maccies breakfast before heading out to sightseeing. Saw cleaner cleaning which suggests they take that seriously, was a shame about a musty smell on way to our room though and a few what looked like permanent marks on the hallway carpets. Main reception area pretty. Room was big and spacious. We loved the bed and was lovely to have tea and coffee facilities provided in room.
