Overall a lovely stay! We didn’t get to enjoy the hotel facilities much but seemed like a great place. Our room was lovely too. We took a room with a kitchenette which sleeps 4. There were only enough kitchen items for 1 person ( plates / glasses etc

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. The lobby and the door staff were kind, and helpful. All the attractions especially London Eye, and Big Ben was at walk-able distance. The view of the Thames River just across the street of the hotel was scenic.We are grateful for the hospitality shown by the staff. Our children, 10 year old and 6 year old, enjoyed the welcome gift bags and the welcoming chocolates treat. They loved the swimming pool and the restaurant food (Chino Latino). We would love to visit back soon.

The front desk staff was nice and friendly but the cleaning staff is lacking. I opted for the eco friendly service so the only clean every couple of days but when they did the only gave us 2 towels for 3 people the didn't refill the body was shampoo or conditioner and when I tried to talk to housekeeping their English skills were lacking and it was a struggle to get across what we needed. Room service was lacking, I ordered room several which they changed me for and the food never came and when I called on they said they would look into it and call me back and never did so when I called them back I told them to cancel it as it had been 3 hours and I was going to bed, I asked them to credit back my card which they said they would buy I still haven't been credited, when I asked them about it again they said they would look into and call me back and never called. It's probably for the best as their food isn't that great anyway

This hotel used to be very good. HOWEVER, the dining is now in the musty smelling basement in a tatty old ballrooom. The food isn’t chilled, the food is now limited, not as much variety at breakfast, no gluten free section. When you ask if they have any, it appears nearly an hour later! The dining staff at breakfast are unhelpful and don’t care. The tea selection is limited and I would have to say Butlins is better on the dining side. The rooms are large and modern but not cleaned properly. I asked several times for 3 towels and 3 mugs (as there were 3 of us) and we only got 2. The tea and coffee and milk wasn’t always replaced in the room. The iron didn’t work, I asked for it to be replaced, they told me it was new and that one didn’t work either. For the five days we were there, a lot of it was having to ask and take time up trying to get them to replace things. The staff on reception were helpful and friendly. The doormen were brilliant but housekeeping and dining really need to up their game. The ballroom breakfast was abysmal and for this I do not rate this hotel a 4 star. 3 star is more accurate re the dining. It’s a shame as a few years ago it was brilliant. The location is reasonably good. About a ten minute walk to Westminster Bridge and the London Eye.

Love it. Close to train station. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Love the food. Front desk was very professional. Close to lots of main tourist spot thy had taxis parked in front of the hotel at all time.
