Booked two rooms - one with a tv that wasn’t working so that had to be switched. The second one: the door frame actually fell off as we opened the door. The front desk seemed completely fine with this and said the maintenance folk will only fix this the next day. As we left the next morning to explore london, we reminded the front desk about the door frame and the amount of dust and debris everywhere that we had to sleep with. Came back early in the evening and it was fixed but the mess was still there. Had to chase to get it cleaned and even then I had to literally point out each area for the cleaning lady to vacuum and wipe down. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!
