Wonderful staff and lovely rooms. This was the perfect location near Kings Cross and St Pancras station. This was a stopover stay while traveling from Scotland to Paris and I was pleasantly surprised at how safe, convenient, quiet and beautiful this hotel was. I highly recommend staying here

Very close to major transportation (King's Cross/St Pancras and Euston) which made getting around London easy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. On the downside, the "classic" rooms are very small (bathrooms are tiny) and the "air conditioning" was really just blowing the air around during a hot and sticky week in London (rooms are advertised as having AC). We did raise the AC issue with front desk and they provided a fan which helped a little. Though the area was very busy, we found our room to be quiet which helped with sleeping a little given the lack of proper AC.

Extremely well located. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was well laid out with good soundproofing on the windows. Breakfast buffet spread was generous and delicious. Bathroom doors had a gap between them which was a privacy challenge traveling with family. Only major critique is the decor of the lobby: it's jammed full of a puzzling collection of all sorts of tacky nonsense: plastic plants, dreamcatchers hanging in fluorescent picture frames, neon inspirational quotes plus lots of other random bits and bobs which distract from the otherwise modern and stylish look and feel of the upper floors. Also: if driving, make sure you plan your route well in advance using Waze instead of other map apps--it's quite a maze around the hotel.
