A pleasant stay
The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast up there with the best. The carpet in room and corridors could do with an update, too much dowdy brown. Expensive but so handy to shops, theatres and other landmarks. Tube just across the road.

Arrived later in the evening, was given a shoebox of a room. My colleague had been given my room however rather than try to find a resolution they callled my colleague to get herto cacate the room she had been given....not service I am used when staying at Radisson hotels

Wonderful hotel. Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Bond Street was seamless both ways. Quiet spacious room (for London that is). Very clean. Excellent breakfast and a nice ground level bar perfect for relaxing. Will stay here next time.

Super well located to walk to a bunch of attractions. Note that we were there in April 2024 and there is a major construction project next to it, the construction workers were mindful of the noise in early morning but do their thing after 8:30ish

Terrible breakfast, dry scrambled egg with what looked like mould attached to it. No gluten free cereal option or lactose free milk. Single room is very adequate with 3/4 nice bed and shower. Very clean. Small but nice restaurant with nice menu and polite service. Great location to Mayfair and very reasonable priced.
