Friendly and helpful staff Room was very small, but clean Bed was comfortable aswell The only downside was that the hairdryer was broken. Also the Construction work next door can be a nuisance if you want to rest in the day, this isn’t the hotel’s fault but do ask for a room facing away from the building works

Great hotel but there is no parking (which it claims to have). Sent two messages before I arrived asking about parking but got no reply. Was good other than that, staff great, breakfast good too

After a long and exhausting journey of 30 hours of travel from Australia for some of us, and others from Greece—we arrived at your hotel expecting a comfortable and smooth check-in. However, we were met with serious issues that greatly disrupted our stay. Upon arrival, there was no water available in both rooms, preventing us from showering, using the toilet, or even having a drink of water. After such long travel, this was completely unacceptable and deeply frustrating.

The hotel was right in the heart of London and was easy to walk or jump on the underground (tube). Lovely hotel with comfortable beds.
