Very good location for the theatre
Standard room is small for a double but has everything you need. The hotel is in a perfect location for the theaters lots in walking distance and only 500m from the british museum. Breakfast was tasty and has a very good selection.

As soon as we walked through the door, we could smell how clean the hotel was! Polite and friendly staff at the front desk - nothing was too much trouble. The concierge staff were also very helpful when checking bags in (we were able to leave them before check-in time). Everything you could need in the room - from bottled water to robes and slippers. Spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. All in all, an excellent stay and ideal for our visit to the Dominion theatre - just a 5 minute walk.

Great location for our London theatre visit.
I booked a standard twin bedded room (mother and adult daughter, I have bad arthritis so need my own space) but were initially given a room with a small double bed, (it also had a depressing view as the outlook was onto 3 brick walls and scaffolding) I rang reception and they were very helpful and able to change our room to one with twin beds, that also had a street view. Rooms were very clean but small and there were plenty of plug and usb sockets. However it would benefit from a decent side table and lamp as it only had bright overhead lights and a very small disc/shelf between beds which was taken up by the phone leaving no room for anything else. Tea making facilities, a coffee maker and fridge are provided as well as an iron and ironing board, the bathroom was clean and well equipped with toiletries. The lounge bar/restaurant provides a reasonable food menu and the breakfast provides plenty of choices whatever your taste. There is another restaurant available at the sister hotel across the street but we didn’t try it. All the hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful and the service faultless. The location is great just a few minutes to Tottenham Court Road station and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and several theatres within a short walk and the British Museum is also just yards away.

Great hotel and would stay again.
Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Hotel was lovely and in a great location. The only negative was the really strong smell of Febreez/air freshner smell that hit the back of your throat when you entered the hotel. It may have been blown through the blower/heater at entrance but it was nasty and really strong. It was there for the duration of our stay. This did not ruin our stay and I would return.
