Fully stocked kitchen, living room with a Smart TV in each of the units, super high-speed WiFi, Parking available for 4 vehicles, Walk-in Closet and Ensuite, In-unit washer/drier in each unit and top of the line appliances ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Parking is located at the back of the building. This unit will have 4 parking spaces available for Guests. There are 2 total access points;

1. Quiet Hours Start At 10pm Until 8am the Following Morning.
2. NO SMOKING Inside the Property. All Guests Must Dispose of Cigarette Butts in A Specified Container and Thrown Out Off the Property. Evidence of Indoor Smoking Will Result in a $1000.00 Fine.
3. Furry Friends Are Welcome! But Please Note, Pets Are Not Allowed On Fabric Couches/Chairs And Beds. Any Evidence Or Damages As A Result Will Require Additional Cleaning And Will Be Charged Back To Your Reservation.
4. No Parties And/Or Undeclared Social Gatherings. Guest will be charged $500.00 for breaking rule.
5. A Surcharge Of $100.00 Per Undeclared Guest Per Night Will Be Applied For Unapproved Guests. Please Be Honest. This Is For Liability Purposes. Additionally, We Must Coordinate Cleaners And Inventory Based On The Number Of Guests That Occupy The Unit.
6. Lock All Windows And Doors If You Are Not Home.
7. Security Cameras Monitoring The Entrance Of The Home Is In Place For The Safety And Security Of The Home And Our Guests. DO NOT Touch/Tamper With These Cameras Any Form Of Tampering Will Result In Immediate Cancellation Of Your Reservation.
8. Noise Monitoring - We Have A Zero-Tolerance Policy For Parties Or Large Gatherings. To Ensure This In The Most Comfortable And Least Intrusive Way Possible, We Use A Noise Sensor That Simply Measures The Decibel Level Inside The Stay; It Does Not Record Anything. Please DO NOT Touch/Tamper With This Noise Device. Any Evidence Of Tampering Will Result In Immediate Cancellation Of Your Reservation.
9. The rear fire escape is to only be used during an emergency. Stairs must be clear of all obstructions.
Please ensure the rear door and wooden gate are closed at all times.
10. Please note that there are additional fees associated with pets as broken out below:

The additional pet fees go directly to the Cleaners as they must use additional time and resourses to ensure the property is in A1 condition for the next Guests.
11. Since our cleaners are always on a tight schedule to get the units ready for the next guest, there is a late check out penalty of $100/ hr. after 11:00 a.m. incase of a delayed checkout.
