Staff and service was great. We enjoyed time in the little restaurant bar. We booked a room for 3 people and it was tiny. No fridge. No air conditioning no space to put items. Basically one queen bed. One single and one desk. Too small for the two nights we stayed. The bathroom has no hooks and had limited organization to hand towels etc. No surfaces to put items.

Good location, fair price
Good location and reasonable price but small room and the room needed a bit of TLC. Very good for a short stay in or out of Paddington being an easy walk to / from the station. Breakfast was continental self-service but well stocked and good value. All in all it was a reasonable place to stay and at a reasonable price.

The Hotel is very close to Paddington and very welcoming on arrival. It caters for single people, with rooms that are small, clean and comfortable. A very good continental breakfast is offered and all the hotel staff are polite and helpful. I would recommend it for a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price, close to the parks and the West End.

Room Quality Doesn’t Match Lobby
We were hoping to stay at a nicer hotel after staying in student housing for a week in Scotland. Instead, this was the smallest and dingiest room yet. Don’t be fooled by the classy looking lobby because even the front desk attendants don’t greet you and charge to store your luggage for an hour before your flight after a 3 night stay.

Too bad and very rude management. All the equipment were broken or loose fittings. No safety as three rooms can access the same balcony. No intercom. I was given a dormontry and not promised room on first night and no compensation as well. Worst and highly priced without any safety. Definitely my star will be zero

Pretty close to tube station ,is on a main street but noise didnt bother me . Check in was pretty quick ,be aware they is a 50 pound deposit for breakages ,returned after visit , still waiting for mine but i put that down to my bank. Had a single room ,was cosy and bed was comfortable so ok for a nights stay.

Hotel reception, bar and dinning room were fine reception staff were fine but forgot to tell the room cleaners we had booked 2 nights so had ungappy supervisor and cleaner telling us to get out. First drink overcharged but was soon rectified when the error was brought to light The room was terrible not enough room for 2 people glass window cracked bathroom door handle falling off, sink leaking which was pointed out on first day but not rectified, dusty airvents you could not use the sink to have a wash because a glass shelf had been fitted just above the sink desk with plastic coating peeling off everything very old and shabby

Staff is very friendly. The location is close to Paddington Station and easily walkable. 1st room had issues with water, 2nd room was clean but smelled badly. Very little room for suitcase to be opened or clothing to be put away. 4 person room was cramped with 3 people.

This hotel has made the worst ever hotel record during my whole travel experience. Staff members are extremely rude and room is absolutely terrible where shower water is dribble with absolutely old and stain cups for drinking. I strongly suggest NOT TO STAY at this hotel and stay away.
